SERVICE REQUEST PROCEDURES
Maintenance requests are reviewed during business hours Monday – Friday, from 8:00am – 5:00pm, excluding holidays. It is the policy of Cypress Property Management that all non-emergency service requests be processed in writing through our online Service Request form below. If you are unable to successfully submit an on-line Service Request you may alternatively call (559) 206-3140; however, for the fastest service, please follow the steps below:

- Check our Common Maintenance Issues page before submitting a request
- Fill out the required fields on the form below.’
- Describe the service request in detail and upload photos.
- Once your request is submitted you will receive:
- An initial confirmation email.
- An email with detailed instructions to expedite your request and or contact information for setting a Service Call appointment. (Usually within 48 business hours)
